stick to 怎么理解呢？
1. 可以理解成坚持
If you stick to something, you continue doing, using, saying, or talking about it, rather than changing to something else.
比如很多人在练英语发音的时候，自己也不知道应该选哪种，英式还是美式
老师可能会建议说：
stick to one accent
坚持练一种口音
eg: Perhaps he should have stuck to writing.
也许他当时应该坚持写作。
eg: You should really stick to selling used cars, because your stand-up routine is terrible.

2. 信守承诺、遵循原则、遵守规则
