Emma and The Brave Word 艾玛勇敢说不

英文睡前故事 Bedtime Story

Once upon a time, in a bright and cheerful town, there lived a smart and kind girl named Emma. Emma loved to play with her friends, read books, and ride her bike through the park. One sunny afternoon, Emma was playing at the park with her friends, Mia and Lily. They were having a wonderful time, laughing and swinging on the swings. Suddenly, an older boy named Max, who sometimes played rough and said mean things, came over to them. “Hey, Emma, come play with me,” Max said, grabbing her arm. Emma didn’t want to play with Max. She felt scared and uncomfortable. She remembered what her mom had told her: “If anyone makes you feel bad or tries to make you do something you don’t want to do, you can say no. It’s okay to be brave and stand up for yourself.” Emma took a deep breath, pulled her arm away, and said firmly, “No, Max. I don’t want to play with you.” Max looked surprised. “Why not? Are you scared?” Emma stood tall and replied, “I don’t like the way you treat me. It’s not nice, and I don’t want to play with you.” Mia and Lily stood beside Emma, nodding their heads. “We don’t want to play with you either, Max,” they said together. Max frowned and walked away. Emma felt proud of herself. She had been brave and used her strong, brave word: no. Later that day, Emma told her mom what happened. “I’m so proud of you, Emma,” her mom said, hugging her tightly. “You were very brave to say no and to stand up for yourself. Remember, it’s always okay to say no if someone is making you feel bad or uncomfortable.” From that moment forward, Emma felt confident knowing she had the power to protect herself and her friends, using her brave word whenever she needed it. The days that followed were filled with laughter and fun, as Emma and her friends played happily, knowing they could always stand up for what was right.

Mia and the Magic Ball 米娅和魔法足球

英文睡前故事 Bedtime Story

Once upon a time in a small town, there was a girl named Mia who loved to watch sports. She watched football, basketball, and even gymnastics on TV. Mia dreamed of being as strong and fast as the athletes she saw, but she was too shy to join any teams. One day, while Mia was playing in her backyard, she found an old football covered in dirt. She picked it up and brushed it off. Suddenly, the ball started to glow and a friendly voice spoke. "Hello, Mia! I am a magic football. I can help you become strong and confident. All you need to do is believe in yourself and practice every day." Mia was amazed. "Really? But I'm not very good at sports," she said. "Everyone starts somewhere," the magic football replied. "The important thing is to try and have fun. Are you ready to start?" Mia nodded eagerly. From that day on, she practiced with the magic football every afternoon. She learned to dribble, pass, and shoot goals. The more she practiced, the stronger and faster she became. One Saturday, Mia's school announced tryouts for the football team. Mia felt nervous, but the magic football whispered, "You can do it, Mia. Remember all the fun we had practicing. Just believe in yourself." With a deep breath, Mia joined the tryouts. She ran across the field, showing off her new skills. The other girls cheered her on, and the coach was very impressed. "Great job, Mia!" the coach said. "You have a lot of talent and determination. Welcome to the team!" Mia was thrilled. She couldn't wait to tell the magic football. That evening, she thanked the ball for its help. "Thank you for believing in me," she said. The magic football glowed brightly. "You did all the hard work, Mia. Always remember, you are strong and capable. Keep playing, and you will continue to grow." As part of the football team, Mia made many new friends and had a lot of fun. She also felt proud of her strength and confidence. She tried other sports too, like basketball and swimming, and found she enjoyed them just as much. Mia realized that being active and playing sports made her feel happy and healthy. She loved running, jumping, and playing with her friends. She knew that she could do anything she set her mind to. As time went on, Mia continued to play sports and inspire other girls to join in and be strong, confident, and active. She lived happily, knowing that she could always believe in herself and enjoy the magic of sports.

Are you afraid of making mistakes 你害怕犯错吗

英文睡前故事 Bedtime Story

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Alex who loved to draw. He had a big box of crayons and loved to create colorful pictures. But Alex was afraid to try new things because he worried about making mistakes. One day, Alex’s teacher, Mrs. Green, announced a big art project. “We’re going to make a mural for the school hallway!” she said. “Everyone will draw something special to add to it.” Alex felt excited but also scared. What if his drawing wasn’t good enough? What if he made a mistake? Mrs. Green noticed Alex’s worried face. She came over and said, “Alex, don’t be afraid to try. Making mistakes is how we learn. Just do your best and have fun!” Alex nodded but still felt nervous. He decided to draw a big, colorful tree. He started with the trunk, but his hand slipped, and the line went crooked. Alex frowned and almost gave up, but he remembered what Mrs. Green said. “It's okay to make mistakes,” he told himself. Alex kept drawing, turning the crooked line into a branch. He added leaves and bright flowers, making the tree look even better than he had planned. As he worked, other kids came by and admired his drawing. “Wow, Alex! That tree is amazing!” said his friend, Lily. Alex smiled. He felt proud of his work. Even though he made a mistake, he turned it into something beautiful. When the mural was finished, Mrs. Green gathered the class to look at it. The hallway was filled with colorful drawings of trees, animals, and flowers. Alex’s tree stood tall in the middle, bright and beautiful. Mrs. Green said, “Look at this wonderful mural! Each of you tried your best and made something special. Remember, it’s okay to make mistakes. They help us learn and grow.” Alex felt happy. He realized that trying new things, even when they’re hard, can lead to great results. Mistakes were just part of the journey. From that day forward, Alex wasn’t afraid to try new things. He joined the soccer team, even though he had never played before. He tried baking cookies, even though some turned out a little burnt. Each time, he learned and got better. Alex discovered that trying and making mistakes was fun. He became more confident and enjoyed learning new things. And so, Alex lived happily, always eager to try new adventures, knowing that mistakes were just stepping stones to success.

It‘s Ok to be different 与众不同也可以

英文睡前故事 Bedtime Story

In a bustling town, there was a girl named Lila who had a gift for playing the violin. She loved to play beautiful melodies, and her music filled her home with joy. But Lila was shy and didn’t like to play in front of others because she felt different. Unlike her classmates who enjoyed sports and loud games, Lila preferred the quiet, soothing sounds of her violin. One day, the school announced a talent show. Everyone was excited, planning their acts and practicing with their friends. Lila wanted to join, but she was afraid her classmates wouldn't appreciate her music. “Why don’t you participate, Lila?” her friend Amy asked. Lila hesitated. “I don’t think anyone would like my violin. It’s not as fun as singing or dancing.” Amy smiled. “I think your music is beautiful. It’s different, but that’s what makes it special. You should share it with everyone.” Lila thought about it and decided to give it a try. She practiced every day, working on a piece that was close to her heart. On the day of the talent show, she felt nervous but determined. When it was Lila’s turn, she stepped onto the stage, holding her violin tightly. She took a deep breath and began to play. The first few notes were shaky, but as she continued, her confidence grew. Her fingers danced across the strings, creating a melody that flowed like a gentle river. As the music filled the room, the audience fell silent, captivated by the beautiful sound. They had never heard anything like it. The melody was calming and enchanting, and it touched their hearts in a way they hadn’t expected. When Lila finished, there was a moment of silence before the room erupted in applause. Her classmates cheered loudly, and many had tears in their eyes. After the show, her classmates gathered around her. “Your music was amazing, Lila!” said one of the boys who loved playing soccer. “I never knew a violin could sound so beautiful.” “You were so brave to play in front of everyone,” added another girl who loved to dance. “I wish I could play an instrument like you.” Lila smiled, feeling proud and happy. She realized that being different wasn’t something to hide; it was something to celebrate. Her music had shown everyone that differences make life more beautiful and interesting. From that day on, Lila played her violin proudly, sharing her melodies with her friends and family. She even started a music club at school, where everyone could learn to play different instruments and share their unique talents. Lila’s story spread through the town, inspiring others to embrace their differences and share their unique gifts with the world. The town became a place where everyone’s talents were celebrated, and Lila’s melodies continued to bring joy and harmony to everyone who heard them. Lila learned that being different was her greatest strength, and she never felt shy about playing her violin again. Her music reminded everyone that it’s okay to be different, and our differences make the world a more beautiful place.
