S3 EP03 | 30-something crisis: navigating through depression
Introduction
Turning thirty is a turning point, where crises come up with opportunities. Life, at the same time, is filled with emptiness and anxiety. Life is like ‘surfing’. How to correctly ‘go with the flow’ and how to find the balance of life, that is the question.
The depression of youths, with life submerged in shadows. The pressure from family, school, society, and the pain of self-struggle make every step feel like walking in the abyss.
In this episode, guests Biman and Lallas share their stories of confronting depression and the challenges of turning thirty. They either use a positive and pragmatic mindset to draw strength from personal experiences, no longer falling into the habit of thinking negatively. Or, in the process of exploring self and the meaning of life, gradually understand that exploration itself is where meaning lies, and everything in life is fascinating.
We will listen to the significant perspectives of our guests on society and mental health, and embark on a journey of spiritual enlightenment and life philosophy.
三十岁的拐点,危机与机遇交织,空虚和焦虑如潮水般涌动。在这场人生的“冲浪”中,该如何正确地“随波逐流”,又该怎样找到生命的平衡点。
