或者to look out for someone in case they need assistance
当然也有词典解释的比较简单：to be prepared to protect someone

eg: Don't worry. I've got your back.

eg: Don't worry about those thugs, buddy. I've got your back if they ever come to bother you again.
伙计，别担心那些家伙，如果他们胆敢回来骚扰你，我会罩着你的。
