Something is not lost on someone ✏️Understand something, appreciate or recognize something. Ex: It's not lost one me. How lucky I am to have my job. I know others not have much luck. Ex: His coming not lost on me. I knew exactly what's he was implying. Ex: His kindness is not lost on me. I do not take it for granted. Ex: It's not lost on me how lucky I am to have lived in New York. 👏 This pattern can be used for work and personal life. 👏 "Something is lost on me" is not very common. It's not used as much as "something is not lost on" 🗒Something didn't go on notice Ex: His generosity didn't go on noticed. He got an extra large tip. 🗒appreciate Ex: I appreciate his words, but his actions doesn't seem to match.
