Since stress is an inevitable part of life, the key lies in managing it and finding a more balanced way of living. We begin by exploring why stress has become so common in today’s world, especially among younger people. Then we talk about how we can better take care of ourselves — by incorporating exercise into our daily routines and being more mindful of the people and environments we engage with.
