【内容简介】
这一期《自然之路》,我用奥运体能教练的视角,给普通人一套真正“能坚持、见效快、还不容易受伤”的健身方法。我们不讲完美计划,只讲现实可执行的系统:普通人最该练的四个底盘(力量、心肺、活动度、动作技能),如何用每周2–3次训练获得最大回报;饮食不极端但抓关键(蛋白质优先、80/20原则);恢复与睡眠如何决定你能不能长期进步;当你没动力、压力爆表时,为什么你不是懒而是过载,以及如何用“调节型训练”把健身变成稳定情绪的工具。最后我会给出一套忙碌期也能做到的“保底方案”:不崩盘、不退步,让训练真正成为你的抗压系统,而不是额外负担。
