Truth Be Told,these idioms will improve your English: 1.truth be told: to use when we introduce some sort of opinion Ex:i don't think this would be work truth be told 2.moment of truth : the time when something is reveald connected to a big decision that's being made or outcome Ex:OK! moment of truth open! Let's find out if you'll get in Ex:moment of truth do you want the dress or not 3.face the truth: it's like you have to accept something understand the reality Ex: you have to accept the truth she's just not that into you 4.ugly truth :something that's true but had to accept it's not easy to accept Ex:nothing is ever free that's the ugly truth Role play: A:truth be told i don't think i can really commit to Wednesday B:oh no! so Thursday Friday? come on Michelle moment of truth A:OK!i can do Thursday i think i just have to face the truth that I'll be sitting in a traffic But it'll be worth it to hangout B:yeah that's the ugly truth
