STEP 1️⃣｜回顾目标 Review Your Goals
回到年初设定的目标：
OKR: Objectives and Key Results
KPI: Key Performance Indicators
OGSM: Objective, Goal, Strategy, Measurement
📒示例表达：
1.完成目标
I successfully met the key goals outlined at the beginning of the year.
我成功完成了年初设定的主要目标。
2.超额完成
Several goals were exceeded, especially in … (e.g. user growth, content output, campaign performance).
有几个目标我都超额完成，特别是在……方面（如用户增长、内容产出、活动表现）。
3.卡住/未完成
Due to external dependencies, a few goals were delayed; but throughout the whole process, I kept stakeholders informed.
由于外部因素依赖，有一些目标不得不延迟；但我在整个过程中，都有持续同步进展给所有的项目相关人员。
STEP 2️⃣｜列出成就 Achievements（用数据说话）
Numbers speak louder than words.
* 完成了多少创新项目 (the innovative projects you've completed)
* 激活了多少的成果 (the achievements you've made)
* 业务或者转化率提升的比例 (the business revenue or conversion rate you've led to increase)
📒示例表达：
I increased the number of subscribers from 0 to over 8,000—16 times the initial goal.
我将订阅用户数从 0 增长到 8000+，达成了最初目标的 16 倍。
The campaign reached X users and generated Y% more leads than expected.
这个营销活动触达了 X 位用户，获得的潜在客户数比预期高 Y%。
I contributed to X revenue through data-driven decision-making.
我通过数据驱动的决策，为收入增长贡献了 X。

STEP 4️⃣｜对下一年的展望 Goals for Next Year（SMART）
🎯SMART 目标制定原则：
Specific 具体
Measurable可量化
Achievable 可实现
Relevant 有相关性
Time-bound 有时间限制
📒示例目标：
My goal for next year is to deliver A Project by Q2 and improve B Metric by 15% by the end of the year.
我明年的目标是：要在 Q2 前交付A项目，并在年底前将B指标提升15%。
1.工作技能提升:
I plan to complete a finance training program in Q1 to strengthen my cost-consciousness.
我计划在第一季度完成财务培训项目，来进一步强化我的成本控制意识。
I aim to enhance my analytical skills by practicing them in weekly tasks and tracking measurable improvements each month.
我计划通过在每周任务中刻意练习并按月追踪可量化的进步，来提升自己的分析能力。
2.工作方法优化:
To improve efficiency and consistency, I will refine my workflow by using a more structured planning system and reviewing progress biweekly.
