饺子是中国传统美食之一。

Dumplings are one of China's traditional foods.

中国人食用饺子已有2600年历史。

Chinese people have been eating them for 2600 years.

一块面团，一勺馅料，折叠封口——这就是“饺子”，其发音与汉语中的“交子”谐音，寓意新旧交替。

A piece of dough, a spoonful of filling, fold and seal. They are called "jiaozi," which sounds like "change" in Chinese.

将包好的饺子入沸水煮熟，佐以蘸料即可食用。
