David Ammerschlaeger is the Head of Psychology at the ChingHo Clinic in Shanghai.  As the Chief Psychological Counsellor he helps individuals and families overcome psychological difficulties in personal and professional life.  He is also a lecturer and researcher in psychology.  We talk about modern psychological threats and how issues like mental health, anxiety, happiness, cognitive biases, stereotypes, and our coping mechanisms play a role in "defining" who we are in society.
