1️⃣to pop the kettle on and have a brew to pop often replace the word "go" and "put" Ex: I'm just popping to the shops. Do you need anything?(I would be expected to be back within the few minutes. implying the place you go is very near, corner shop.) Ex: Pop this jacket on. Ex: I just need to pop this cake into the oven and I can relax. 🧐British people drink tea all day long.

2️⃣faff 📕to do lots of things,to be busy with something, ineffective, you are not achieving anything. phrasal verb: faff about, faff around(瞎忙活,出门前的磨唧唧) 3️⃣naff(adj, something is basically poor quality, or not very good.) Ex: A film, a pary, a car could be naff. 4️⃣to be gobsmacked() gob is a slang for mouth. 👏👏👏"gob" is crise and bad. "gobsmacked"(a reaction when something shocks you and you open your mouth.) anytime u r shocked. this word could be positive or negative. eg: winning thw lottery or passing your exam, someone's passing away or penulty. Ex: I'm gobsmacked.(I don't know what to say.) Ex: I'm stunned.(American way)
