EN2| Some observations and interest in alternative healing

In this episode, I talked about some obersvations that i've had recently, about the podcast, life expericence etc.. I talked about podcast making, CPTSD, truama perspective, olfactory memory...
I found that the Xiaoyuzhou's interface is also undergoing some changes. This is good. Video is supported too. I might try video podcast in the future. I am not sure.
Anyways, here is my 2nd English podcast episode. Thanks for listening.
