在美国，自2008年奥巴马团队成功运用社交网络打造候选人形象，到2016年特朗普当选与美国右翼政治组织在Facebook、YouTube等平台上的崛起——社交网络对个体情感与社会政治的潜在影响，在近年受到了越来越多的关注。忧虑、批判与监管并行，日渐成为美国、乃至全球的学界和业界研究中的一门“显学”。

本期嘉宾亮亮，即就职于美国某互联网大厂从事研究工作，秉承着“吃饭不怕砸锅”的宝贵精神，与我们分享了一些近十年美国前沿的研究成果与讨论热点。
