pinch 可以用来指捏；

2. be flush with cash
flush这个单词有形容词的用法，可以用来表达：adj. 充满的；
如果口语中听到别人说：be flush with cash/funds/money
就指的是资金充足；有很多钱；不愁钱花这个意思；
having a lot of money, usually for a short time
eg: He works for a company that's flush with money.
他去了一家资金雄厚的公司工作。

eg: Today I am flush with cash. By tomorrow, I’ll be broke.
