三位宇航员在这里生活数月，他们吃特制餐食，睡在固定于舱壁的睡袋里，每天锻炼两小时，防止肌肉流失。
Three astronauts live here for months—they eat specially prepared meals, sleep in sleeping bags tied to walls,and exercise two hours a day to keep their bodies strong.
他们在微重力中种下水稻和拟南芥，观察种子如何在无土环境中发芽；
They plant rice and Arabidopsis in microgravity,watching how seeds sprout without soil;
他们点燃火焰，研究燃烧的秘密；
they light flames to study the secrets of fire;
他们望向舷窗，看云海翻涌，大陆如画。
they gaze out the window at swirling clouds and continent-sized landscapes.
天宫虽小，却承载着千年飞天梦。
Tiangong is small—but it carries a dream thousands of years old.
