1. Reassurance 安心;保证;确认没问题
潜台词:
"Should I be worried?"

例句:
Sometimes people are looking for reassurance rather than information.
有时候别人想要的是安心,而不是信息。
2. Guidance 指导;方向建议

从自己的职责范围、经验范围出发回答
Don't pretend to know everything. Speak from what you actually know.
