ear 这个单词是“耳朵”的意思，worm 是“虫子”的意思，earworm 直译就是“耳朵虫”，但它实际表达的意思是指的“大脑中不自觉，不受控制地响起阵阵旋律的现象”。A catchy song or tune that runs continually through a person's mind.
