是之前学过的一个短语，

当时的back off是理解成“让步”的意思，

在口语中back off也可以直接当祈使句来用，表达一种非常强烈的语气，可以理解成：“滚开，滚远点；别理我”；

相当于Go away! Stop bothering me!



eg: Back off! I told you I would not go to the dance, and that's it!

滚开！我跟你说过了我不会去参加那个舞会，就这样/别再说了。



eg: Back off, Mom, I'm old enough to make my own decisions!

别管我，妈妈，我已经长大了可以自己做决定了。
