说起来，两位主播长久以来都对鸡尾酒很感兴趣，从纽约到墨西哥城、从上海到香港，能喝的地方基本都喝了个遍，Steve甚至还短暂的票友下海，在某北京酒吧里做过调酒师。这些酒吧对主播们来说，也承载了很多极具个人色彩的记忆。

这一期里，我们邀请到了饱受圈内好评的鸡尾酒公众号A Proper Drink的两位主要作者（兼著名喷子）Marshall与Hans，一起来探讨一下鸡尾酒的历史，以及怎样评判什么是一杯好的鸡尾酒。
