读完了Ray Dalio的《原则》，这是我第三次读这本书，但感觉像是第一次阅读一样收获满满。之前阅读这本书，一是因为英语输入能力的限制，二是因为对于职场（特别是西方职场与自己的职业发展方向）感觉还没有太清晰，所以体会不太深，这一次感受特别明显。 Ray Dalio作为桥水基金的创始人，在这本书里几乎毫无保留地讲述了他工作和生活的处事原则。将生活和工作中的事件想象成一部机器，这些原则就是指导机器运行的算法。自己和机器的关系是工程师和机器的关系，确保机器能够高效运行，中间的环节不会出错。我们自己有时即是工程师，也是机器中的一个操作员。如果发现自己不适合做其中的操作，作为工程师的你可以将作为操作啧的自己开除，去找更合适的人。我觉得光是真正理解了这个基础原则，花在这本书上的十几个小时就远远值回票价了。 阅读完这本书，最有价值的行动，就是参考Ray Dalio的生活、工作原则（也可以不用参考，根据自己的情况而定），思考并梳理出自己的原则，写下来，然后用它们来指导自己的生活和工作。 Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/beartalk/donations Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
