读完了Ray Dalio的《原则》,这是我第三次读这本书,但感觉像是第一次阅读一样收获满满。之前阅读这本书,一是因为英语输入能力的限制,二是因为对于职场(特别是西方职场与自己的职业发展方向)感觉还没有太清晰,所以体会不太深,这一次感受特别明显。 Ray Dalio作为桥水基金的创始人,在这本书里几乎毫无保留地讲述了他工作和生活的处事原则。将生活和工作中的事件想象成一部机器,这些原则就是指导机器运行的算法。自己和机器的关系是工程师和机器的关系,确保机器能够高效运行,中间的环节不会出错。我们自己有时即是工程师,也是机器中的一个操作员。如果发现自己不适合做其中的操作,作为工程师的你可以将作为操作啧的自己开除,去找更合适的人。我觉得光是真正理解了这个基础原则,花在这本书上的十几个小时就远远值回票价了。 阅读完这本书,最有价值的行动,就是参考Ray Dalio的生活、工作原则(也可以不用参考,根据自己的情况而定),思考并梳理出自己的原则,写下来,然后用它们来指导自己的生活和工作。 Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/beartalk/donations Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
