当我越是研究管理时间的技巧就越是深刻地感觉到，任何时间管理的技巧其实都是悖论：管理意味着掌握，至少是可以用意识去控制或者干预，而时间这种东西是无法管理的。我们真正能够管理的，就是自己。比起管理时间，更重要的是在相同时间内能够做多少有意义的事情。要达到这样的目标，关键在于有充分足够的精力。如果真的要学习如何管理自己，那么首先不应该把重心放在管理时间，而应该放在管理个人的精力上面。本期狗熊月读，吉姆·洛尔和托尼·施瓦茨的《精力管理》（The Power of Full Engagement）。 I found time management is a paradox: management means control, but you can not control time.
