（一）询问预定
Sherry: Hello, excuse me. I have a reservation for tonight. Hello, 打扰了。我有一个今晚的预定。
Receptionist: What name is the reservation under, please? 请问您使用什么名字进行预定的呢？
Sherry:It is under Sherry. 用的是Sherry这个名字。
（二）询问早餐
Sherry: Could you tell me if breakfast is included in the price of the room? 您能告诉我房价是否包含早餐吗？
Receptionist 1: There's complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. 大厅里有免费的咖啡和小吃。
Receptionist 2: Yes. Breakfast is included for 2 adults. 是的。包括两位成人的早餐。
Sherry: What time is breakfast served? 什么时间供应早餐？
Receptionist 1:The dining room is open from 7 am to ten am on weekdays and is open from 7 am to 11 am on weekends. 餐厅在工作日是从上午7点到上午10点开放，周末是从上午7点到上午11点开放。
Receptionist 2:The dining room is on the first floor. 餐厅在一楼。
（三）询问WiFi
Sherry1: Is there free WiFi? 这里有免费的WiFi吗？
Sherry2: Do I need a WiFi password? WiFi需要密码吗？
Receptionist: WiFi is available for free in all public areas of the hotel and is available for a small fee in individual rooms. 在酒店的所有公共区域都有免费的WiFi，房间里的WiFi仅收取较少的费用。
（四）关于押金
