Three phrases for hosting a party.
1. make yourself at home(It means relax in my home, which doesn't mean as it is literal if only you are very good friends.)
Tips: U could use "make yourself at home" when u will be visited for a while, but for a couple of minutes' coming over.
Ex: Hey, I just have ten more minutes on this call,
I'd love to chat. Have a seat in the kitchen. Make your self at home.
2. enjoy yourself(have fun when u r here or a way to say "see u later")
Ex: Enjoy yourself, we'll catch up more later.
3. help yourself(For food and drinks. Go get food and drinks if we sat down at a table will say "help yourself")
Tips: Feel free to get on their own.
Role play:
A: Hello, I'm so glad u made it. Make yourself at home.
B: Thank u. It's good to see you. Oh, It's been way too long.
A: Yes, there are snacks and drinks in other room. Help yourself.
B: Thx. Is David coming? I brought something for his birthday since I was at a town of his party.
A: Yes, He's not here yet though. I need to answer the door. Enjoy yourself, and we catch up more later!

welcoming someone into your home, tell them to relax in your home.
when someone comes over to visit you for a while, but you're at a work call .

eg, enjoy yourself, we'll catch up later / we'll chat more later.
3. help yourself , all about the food and drinks. we often say it when we have sat down at the table.
when you are greeting people at the door.
eg, there are food and drinks in the kitchen, help yourself.
when there's a open bar.
eg, want a drink ? help yourself.
halo I'm so glad you make it .
