they stand for issues
social issues : rights for abortion堕胎权, health care, LGBT, climate change, legalization of drugs . Democrat believe the government should play a larger role in solving problems.
Democrat the left 民主党 more conservative
Republican the right 共和党 more liberal (开明的 自由主义的 支持变革的)
the third party they don't vote neither parties .
anyone wants to vote have to registered, to provide certain documentation, have to be 18.

I usually get a mailing .. i don't have to wait in lines, what about you ?
i like to go to a ...place on election day,i usually go to school near my home.
i have a neighbor that are vote for Democrat and Republican but no one really put some signs.
i have a neighbor that volunteers for the ... party, i think she is an independent. 无党派
