the pressure to overachieve

ever get that feeling like no matter how much you do, it isn’t enough? ever since high school i’ve been beating myself up over that. i think a lot of us feel this pressure to overachieve and it really weighs on us. so i want to talk it through with you guys. i’ll share my tips on how i got past it, how to know yourself better, do you best (whatever that is) and to find a little joy in your life.
