1.talking about building speaking habits,repetition helps you build this habits,worlds became more automatic,grammar as well
2.when it's comes to practice, use as many time to practice habits daily practice, repetition is effective for a short amount of time,create sprints ( worlds, phrases, sentences,grammatical structures to make connection foster)
3.repetation is huge confidence builder
