Frank: Do you have any ideas about the new brand of sportswear?
Sarah: Actually I don't have any fresh ideas yet. I think we'd better carry out a market research first to get in-depth knowledge about people's demands in sportswear.
Frank: You have a point here. May be we can use some methods to collect information from people, such as face-to-face questionnaires, telephoning and interviews.
Sarah: Yes. As for me, instead of the methods you mentioned below, online questionnaire is an efficient and direct way to gather information. Both face-to-face questionnaire and telephoning are costly and time-consuming. On the one hand, we need to hire many people to do the job. On the other hand, the papers printed for the face-to-face investigation will be a huge waste. What's worst, we will even need to hire people to digitalize the information. But online questionnaire can just skip all these disadvantages.
Frank: You are right. We could also send lucky customers free samples from our other brand series to help them to learn more about our products.
