A: Hi, what happened to your phone? the screen looks cracked.
B: I dropped it yesterday, luckily I had a screen protector, so the actual screen didn't crack.
A: That's good! BTW, I happened to see your sister the farthest market this morning. She syas she's moving Seattle.
B: Yes, I'm super bummered. She's moving and just accepted a job there.
A: Oh, that's so far. I know you two are very closed. You have to go visit.
B: I'm for sure well. I love Seattle and I'm really this happened for her. She's been looking for a fresh start.

🌈How do you know when to use happen to or happen for
Happen to: occurs to someone or something often unexpectedly or by chance or something that's beyond control. Something just happened to us.
Ex: If anything happens to me, call my mom.(occur to)
Ex: I happened to see her yesterday.(by chance, coincidence)
Happen for: benefit someone or has a purpose for them.(It's a more of formal construre, so we don't use it very often.)
Ex: Good things always happen for those who work hard, like they benefit in the end.
☝In the sentence above, it could be used "hanppen to", and sometimes they are interchangeble, but the slight difference is "happen for" is a little wistful or bigger, like a life story.
Ex: Everything seems to happen for me at once. I got a new job, met some new friends and found Jim I love.
👏👏👏'happen for' is something positive.
👏👏👏'Everything happens for a reason.' is a chunk
