背景：里面一共有2个人物,分别是HLM公司的销售总监Hunter和销售经理Maggie，Hunter与Maggie讨论库存问题。
纯英文对话示例
Hunter: Maggie, I have found that we are facing a problem of having a huge surplus of goods. How did this happen?
Maggie: Sorry. We overestimated the sales volume of this quarter and accumulated too many inventories. Obviously, our new marketing strategy didn't work well so that the sales volume would be very difficult to meet our target.
Hunter: What could we do to deal with this situation?
Maggie: In order to reduce the stock, I suggest that we could have a sale. The goods will finally expire if we don't get rid of the them soon. At that time, we will lose all their value. Additionally, this case reminds me that we should change our frequency of placing orders. Purchasing by quarter may be too long for us to do the quantity estimation, however, purchasing by month would be much better and much more flexible.
Hunter: Ok, sounds sensible. Please prepare the sales promotion plan and send it to me today. We are in a very tight schedule now, what we could do is to do our best to minimize the losses. As to the purchasing process, I need more research data to see whether this is just an example or not.
