Jacob: Hello, Maggie, this is Jacob speaking.
Maggie: Hi, Jacob. What's up?
Jacob: Did you receive my emails about the payment? It has been 3 months after we sent out the invoice to you and we still haven't receive the payment yet.
Maggie: Oh, I'm terribly sorry about this. I will check this for you right now. The specific date of the invoice is June the 3rd. Am I right?
Jacob: Yes. It is June the 3rd.
Maggie: Please hold on a minute...Well, the payment is in process right now and should be arrived in your accounts in one or two days. So please don't worry. I will also feed back this situation to our financial department and we will not let this happen again. Sorry.
Jacob: That would be great. Thank you for looking into this.
Maggie: This is what I should do. Please be sure to let me know if you have any inquiries about the invoice and products.
