Dr. Ashish Maskay is the founder of Bloodline and a surgeon at Shanghai United Family Hospital. Svetlana Komolova and Xavier Armand Marius Noebes are both part of the core team at Bloodline. Bloodline is an organization and network of volunteer blood donors. Its members respond to people in critical need of blood, donating their own to save lives. Bloodline organizes regular blood drives throughout China as well as targeted blood donation camps. Today we talk about the rationality and necessity for blood donations as a social movement.
