全英文火锅蘸料简介
One tradition with hotpot is that each patron gets to make his/her own dipping sauce, combining a variety of different condiments that are given by the restaurant. The dipping sauce is highly recommended because it will further enhance your hotpot experience. You can start with a simple dipping sauce such as soya sauce, chili sauce, sesame paste, and sesame oil. If you want to experience a stronger taste, you may consider adding some condiments into your sauce. Typical condiments for dipping sauce are scallions, chopped garlic, coriander, fermented tofu, and peppers. Usually, we match sesame oil sauce with Mala broth and match sesame paste sauce with traditional Beijing hotpot. But still, the dipping sauce is very much a thing of personal preference, so there is no perfect matching for each broth. You can also try to mix different kinds of dipping sauce.
