The China Passenger Car Association predicts that the narrow passenger car retail market in May will be about 1.65 million units, a 5.3% year-on-year decrease but a 7.5% month-on-month increase. New energy vehicle retail sales are expected to reach 770,000 units, a 32.7% year-on-year increase, with a penetration rate of 46.6%.
