Public service exams for civil servant recruitment were held simultaneously across more than 20 Chinese provinces on March 14, including Chongqing, Jilin, Shanxi and Henan.
3月14日，重庆、吉林、山西、河南等20余个省份同步举行公务员招录公共科目笔试。Around 126,000 positions are planned in this round of recruitment, attracting over 5.86 million applicants with an average competition ratio of about 47:1.
本次招录计划约12.6万个岗位，报名人数突破586万，平均报录比约47:1。Competition for some popular positions exceeded 1,000 applicants for a single post.
部分热门岗位竞争激烈，报录比甚至超过1000:1。Many provinces have raised the age limit for general positions from 35 to 38, while master's and doctoral graduates can apply up to the age of 43.
今年多地将普通岗位报考年龄上限从35岁提高至38岁，硕博研究生可放宽至43岁。Authorities have also expanded grassroots positions and arranged dedicated bus services to ensure candidates can take the exams smoothly.
各地还通过增加基层岗位和开通专线公交等措施，保障考生顺利应考。

Tesla unveiled its third-generation humanoid robot, Optimus 3, at the 2026 Shanghai AWE exhibition.
在2026年上海AWE展会上，特斯拉第三代人形机器人Optimus 3正式亮相。The robot weighs about 57 kilograms, uses carbon fiber materials and features 45 degrees of freedom, enabling complex tasks such as grasping and carrying.

特斯拉计划在2026年底启动大规模量产。Once mass-produced, the cost per unit is expected to be around 140,000 yuan, with a long-term production target of one million units annually.

China–DPRK International Passenger Trains Resume Operation
中朝国际旅客列车恢复运行
International passenger trains between Beijing, Dandong and Pyongyang resumed two-way operations on March 12.
3月12日起，北京、丹东至平壤的中朝国际旅客列车恢复双向运行。The service had been suspended since January 2020.
该线路自2020年1月暂停后首次复航。Trains between Beijing and Pyongyang now operate several times a week, while the Dandong–Pyongyang route runs daily.
北京至平壤列车每周多班往返，丹东至平壤列车每日对开。Passengers are required to complete exit and entry procedures at the Dandong and Sinuiju border checkpoints, with the full journey taking about 25 hours.
旅客需在丹东和新义州口岸办理出入境手续，全程约25小时。Travel agencies have already launched tour packages to the DPRK following the resumption of the train service.
