1️⃣no pain no gain(suffering is necessary when you achieve something)
Ex: I'm so sore from running this morning, but no pain no gain.
2️⃣what doesn't kill you makes you stronger(stronger can be replaced like faster and so on)
Ex: I have to replace my car's transmission(变速器), and it could be very expensive. What does kill you makes you stronger.

suffering is necessarily in order to achieve something. struggle doing something that is difficult is often going to give you well results.
eg, I'm so exausted of running this morning, but no pain no gain.
