英文对话示例
背景：ABC会展公司的市场总监召集大家开会。对话中共有4个人物：Director，ABC会展公司的市场总监；Sherry，总监助理；Daisy，设计团队负责人；Grace，内容团队负责人。
Director: Congratulations, everyone. The wine party that we held for Microsoft last Thursday was a great success, and the client was very satisfied with our achievement. So they give us another mission which is to hold a technical workshop in the next month. Sherry, would you like to tell us about the date?
Sherry: Certainly. I'm very excited to tell you that the date of the technical workshop will be April the 15th.
Director: Thanks, Sherry. So, Daisy, what does that mean for the design team? When will be possible for you to complete the design?
Daisy: We could give out a draft design on March the 15th to discuss with the client, and the final design should be completed before April the 3rd because we need to leave enough time to prepare for the execution of the marketing materials.
Director: Great, please let me know if you meet any problems. Grace, what does that mean for the content team? What's your schedule?
Grace: Well, all final content will now have to be ready by April the 3rd, too. We will do our best to keep the same pace with other teams. David in the US will help to make sure we get it completed in time.
Director: Good. Sherry, do we need any extra resources to help with this project?
Sherry: No, boss.
Director: Ok. if you have any further questions, please feel free to come to my cube at any time.
