The first is quite literal as I wrote it after a break up and it is about letting her go. But then there is a bigger idea going on and is more about not really understanding and knowing what you have until it is gone and I think everyone can definitely relate to.

I didn't believe I could have a song on the radio, because generally, folk music doesn't get on commercial radio, it just doesn't. I kinda thought that that kind of success was for other people, people who really tried to get that kind of success, because I never have.

我从没想过自己会有首歌在广播里放，因为通常来说，民谣乐不会在商业化广播里放，它就是不会。我有点觉得那种成功是属于其他人的。那些很努力去争取那种成功的人，因为我从未拥有过那种成功。
