• Regeneron Acquires 23andMe Assets
  
  Pharmaceutical giant Regeneron won a bankruptcy auction to acquire most of 23andMe’s assets for $256 million, including its Personal Genome Service, Total Health, Research Services, and biobank. This deal will boost Regeneron’s genomics-driven drug discovery using 23andMe’s DNA data. The transaction, pending court and regulatory approval, is expected to close in Q3 2025.


• AMD Sells ZT Systems Manufacturing
  
  AMD agreed to sell ZT Systems’ server manufacturing business to Sanmina for $3 billion, retaining its AI system design and support teams.
