Ted Mo Chen is a China-based EdTech expert.  He is a frequent op-ed contributor to TechNode, and has appeared as a tech commentator on The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg News.  He holds a degree from Peking University's philosophy department where he served as valedictorian.  He is also an avid advocate of podcasting and lends his expertise to grow the podcast industry in China.  Today we talk about technology and education.  We talk about podcasting in China, dangerous levels of social media consumption, short form vs long form content, the new Chinese education reforms sweeping the country and the difference in the societal value of education between the U.S. and China.
