one world to describe your rare taste in English :
ex:do you have obscure taste in things?
meaning of obscure: it's fairly common /sounds hip kinda cool kinda high level not well known / hard to comprehend
Ex: this person gots me maybe she's using obscure reference
Ex:They're teacher's lesson plan is pretty obscure so students begin to complain
hard to get a little strange negative way of labeling sth people usually use weird
Ex:some people say my taste in music is obscure I take that as a compliment
weird reference sounds offensive than obscure reference
Ex:we found this obscure book in old book shelf That's what I'm reading now
Ex:the car obscured his line of sight
(block something)
2.unsual
Ex:my taste can be a little unusual so not everyone understands me
3.vague(being unclear )
4.rare
Ex: such a rare kindas of wine you're into, how do you learn about them ?
5.blocking sth (Ex:the sun was blocked by clouds)
6.mask (sth covered)
Ex:had masked his face the teacher asked him to remove it
Role play:
A:I'm exited for tonight they are getting wine and chess
B:that's good! Do you even read the book?
A:oh no!it was so obscure!i didn't even like it
B:yeah gush! do you need a sunglasses?
A:yes!please the sun is super bright it's blocking my vision
B:here!i felt some of the chapter of the book is kind of vague
