Space is incredibly vast with countless mysteries. A trip to space sounds like an amazing adventure, but it can affect astronauts' health. Space is filled with various threats to humans. So astronauts' life in space can be both appealing and dangerous.
In space, the lack of gravity can make astronauts lose muscle and bone, which potentially makes them weaker. To cope with this problem, astronauts follow a strict exercise routine in space to maintain muscle and bone strength, besides working.
Space is filled with radiation from the sun and other sources. Astronauts' exposure to the radiation can increase their risk of cancer and other health issues.
Apart from that, some astronauts experience vision problems due to changes in the fluids around their eyes. They are challenges astronauts face during their space missions.
