去年我的灵感缪斯Richard给我推荐了一档付费的播客节目Founders Podcast http://t.cn/A6iP49cw，毫不夸张的说，我下载并听完了全部节目的96%（200+小时）。主播David Senra每周分享阅读传记的读后感，并整理为我们可以学习借鉴的知识。
纵观历史，很多聪明人都在不断试错的道路上奋发图强，发明创造可以推进人类文明进步的业务和技术。他们中的一些人将经验集结出书，让我们这些后辈花费几个小时的阅读或者听书时间，就可以学到他们毕生的经验。
上周和David约了一期播客访谈，本来预约了一个小时的时间，结果我们这俩书虫第一次Zoom见面就聊了两个多小时，于是有了这期播客。尤其推荐给创业人和创作者！
提前剧透David阅读了250多本名人自传后，总结出他们的四大特质：
- 有异乎寻常的自信心
- 专注、专注、再专注
- 持之以恒，不轻易放弃
- 给自己放空的时间
顺便总结下Founder播客最近几期的知识点：
- 比赛是由那些专注于在赛场上比赛的球员赢得的，而不是那些眼睛只盯着记分牌的球员（巴菲特）。
- 经营企业需要有如下特质：掌握100%的拥有权；把企业视为你和家人在这个世界上唯一拥有或将拥有的资产；至少在一个世纪内不想出售或兼并它（巴菲特）。
- 听从他人的宏观见解或市场预测是浪费时间，这会模糊你对真正重要事实的看法。我和查理最害怕的就是失去专注力（巴菲特）。
- 兔子比狐狸跑得快是因为兔子为了自己的生命而跑，而狐狸只是为了自己的晚餐而跑（查理·芒格）。
- 我挣钱的动力并不是想要法拉利，我想要独立，我拼命地想要独立（查理·芒格）。
- 查理·芒格向人们灌输的概念是，「把你力所能及的事情做好，永远不要撒谎」。如果你承诺做一件事情，就要把事情做完，没有人会在乎你的借口。早点去开会，不要迟到。但如果迟到了，不要费心找借口，只要道歉就行了，没人对借口感兴趣。
- 查理·芒格认为一个一流的人至少应该愿意接受一些失败机会很大的困难工作。
- 温斯顿·丘吉尔的最大特质是从不退缩，从不疲倦，从不绝望。他重视努力工作的品性，看不起懒惰无能之人，而他自己也以身作则实践着这一原则。他在可可·香奈儿尚未成名之时，便看好这一女人，因为他看到了香奈儿那股渴求成功并努力工作的态度。
- 丘吉尔在战争时期遵从一个简单而明确的目标，那就是「不惜一切代价取得胜利。无论这条路多么漫长，多么艰难，没有胜利就没有活路」。
- 恩佐·法拉利是一个拥有钻石般刚强意志的人，他60多年的从业原则便是不惜一切代价带着印有他名字的赛车赢得胜利。法拉利的成功源泉不仅在于技战术上的高明，而是在竞争中展现的不屈不挠的坚持品质：无论遭遇何种困难，都尽可能地努力向前冲破终点线。
- 法拉利对于赛事本身的热情远远小于他在准备期间的激情，对于他来说，规划准备赛事，制造设计赛车，组织聚集团队让他更加兴奋。法拉利活着的意义就是赛车，也在一生中阅人无数，并激励着他人发挥他们的潜力。

10:04 最近两年我开始看自传，回忆录。学习从别人的人生经历中吸取经验教训，避免犯同样的错误。以前我只相信自己亲身经历的。现在对一些显而易见的道理，我会努力不去对抗它，换句话说就是收敛自己潜意识里的叛逆，理性地思考怎么做才是为自己好。别人的经历在我的成长中也起到了很大的作用。倒不是要从别人的经历中寻求捷径，只是自己也老大不小了，时间很宝贵，想少有一些弯路。
