When we are awake, there is always something going on in our mind, in other words, we are always "thinking" about something.
But if we give it a closer look, not all of these "thinking" are benefiting our lives. Sometimes we are not actually thinking, but just ruminating, which is a waste of time; some other times even if we are indeed doing some rational thinking, it can be somewhat counterproductive and might produce detrimental effects in our lives if we don't pay attention.
I hope this episode can help to ring a bell.
Let's all learn to be good thinkers, instead of wasting our time on pointless thinking.

关于第二种thinking: “心”与“脑”的冲突我体验得最深的是我转到哪一个专业的抉择，我选择了“脑”，后面证实了是个错误的选择现在后悔不已，其实我的直觉蛮准的，当时已经隐隐觉得不对劲了，但是被我的logical thinking 强压下去。真的，还是要听从“心”。
关于第三种thinking: 想到《一念之转》中凯蒂说的，不要与事实做对抗，也就是面对改变不了的事实与其后悔抱怨，不如想想怎么办
