Avoid the wall of formality with this future grammar:
Future tense and future continue tense
Future simple future progressive and future continuance or present progressive
Future simple : native speakers prefer this over future progressive tense it's more flexible and versatile especially if you talking about actions that will required specific time you will be limited you can't use the future progressive
If you needed default future simple is what you want
Ex: we will see what happens …(prediction way general true statement)
Ex: they will meet us in restaurant at seven
Future simple is your go to / more flexible than future progressive
Future progressive: we use situation and actions will be on going at a certain way emphasize duration of action
Ex: i don't think I'll be spending much time with her
Ex: we will be closing the office today (unspecified time)
If you needed the specific time we need to use future simple
Ex: we will close the office at 5 am
future progressive
Ex: hopefully the sun will be shining there
Ex:hopefully the sun will shine (future simple)
Present progressive to build connection
Ex: are you doing anything fun this weekend?
present progressive tense : Less formal and more friendly
